Karen, you should try Ripped in 30. I am doing week 1 workout for 1.5 weeks. Its tough but it really tone up your body. I have to agree Banish Fat is really. Its one of my fav dvd but when you have two kids running around, I need to get it done under 40 mins. Check it out.
